My name is Debbie Kelley and I’m a Doctor of Audiology and the owner of Hear In Arizona, LLC. I received my clinical doctorate degree from the University of Florida at Gainesville. I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, an ENT physician’s office and in a private practice where I spent 13 years serving the communities of Sedona and Flagstaff. I have lovingly called Arizona home for the past 22 years.
I learned a lot from my hearing impaired patients over the years. They taught me what it takes to win their acceptance and trust. They also taught me that finding an audiologist and/or hearing aid is not difficult. Obviously, the Sunday paper would collapse without all the hearing aid ads – they are prolific. What is difficult is finding a specialist that truly cares about them. It is not about who has the latest technology (although this definitely has its merits), but more about being treated with respect and dignity. It is not only about finding someone who is knowledgeable about the products they dispense, but also listens and responds to each person’s uniqueness. It is about building trust, being patient and spending quality time. It is about attending to who is seated in front of you and not what is next on the schedule.
I promise to be that doctor that goes the extra mile. I built a thriving practice on treating people like I would want to be treated. I have always had an unprecedented commitment to service and I will see to it that I live up to your expectations. I am here because of YOU.
I will never forget that. I am grateful for the chance to serve your hearing healthcare needs. Together we can see to it that LIFE NEVER SOUNDED SO GOOD.
